Are service animals welcome?

Yes, service animals are welcome! A focus of The Formula 1 Exhibition is the safety of guests and ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience. The Exhibition welcomes all service animals and ESAs. No documentation is required for service animals. Should a guest with a service animal or ESA require any additional accommodations to allow them to enjoy the Exhibition we encourage them to alert the Exhibition staff who will help accommodate them.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not have gift cards available at this time however, you are welcome to purchase tickets for a future date and they can easily exchange the ticket for any time and date they would like as long as they do so before their ticket expires (the date the ticket is purchased for).

Can a child under the age of 3 enter for free?

Kids that are 2 years old or less do not require a ticket to attend. They can enter for free with any ticket holding adult.

What is a Flexible entry ticket?

Flexible entry tickets are good for one admission to an entry time of your choosing for the date on your ticket. Meaning you can arrive at your convenience during our business hours on the date the ticket is purchased for. The time on your ticket is just a placeholder. Flex Tickets will not allow you to skip the line. No additional reservations or steps are required.

How do I book a group to attend?

You can fill out your group request and submit. An agent will follow up with you and assist in creating your order.

I need a refund; how do I get one?

To inquire about a refund please use the contact us form online at feverup.com.

I’m running late, will my ticket still be honored?

Yes, We will do our best to accommodate guests arriving 15 or more minutes after the time printed on their ticket as best as we are able. This may require you to wait an additional time while we accommodate guests who were on-time for their entry.

How do I exchange my tickets?

Customers can request a date or time exchange for their tickets with Fever by using the Fever app or by providing their Ticket ID via the contact form online at feverup.com.

Are there bathrooms available at the exhibition?

Bathrooms are located at the beginning and the end of the exhibition. Please ask a staff member if you require assistance inside the exhibition.

May I visit your retail store without tickets to the event?

Anyone is welcome to visit our retail areas! You do not need a ticket to do so. If you are only visiting retail, let security personnel or a staff member know when you reach the entryway, and they will be happy to show you to the shop.

By car: IFEMA MADRID has road connections to Madrid’s main access and ring roads: M11 (exits 5 and 7) M40 (exits 5, 6 and 7) A2 (exit 7) By long distance transport: The Madrid-Barajas Airport Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport is just ten minutes away from the trade fair venue and just 12 km from the city centre. Transfer from the airport: Taxi: There are many taxi ranks at every terminal. Metro: The Metro line 8 Nuevos Ministerios connects with two Metro stations at the airport: “Aeropuerto T1 - T2 - T3” and “Aeropuerto T4”. Bus: There are many urban bus routes operated by the Municipal Transport Company (EMT), as well as interurban buses. Interurban train: The T4 terminal connects Madrid with many interurban trains, located in the -1 floor of this terminal. Long distance train There are interurban trains, as well as long and medium-distance trains at the Atocha station. Transfer from the station: Taxi: There is a taxi station at the station's surroundings. Metro: In the ground floor, within the station, there is a Metro station connected to two lines. Bus: There are many bus stops out of the station. Interurban train: In the ground floor, within the station, there is a interurban train stop.

Can I take public transportation?

Metro and Cercanías RENFE The nearest Metro station to IFEMA is Línea 8: Nuevos Ministerios-Aeropuerto T4 (The exit is opposite IFEMA MADRID’s South entrance.). This line connects the venue to the different terminals of Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport. Cercanías RENFE has a direct connection with line 8 of the Metro. Bus Madrid’s extensive bus network allows you to get to IFEMA MADRID from anywhere in the city. Línea 73: Diego de León - IFEMA MADRID Línea 112: Mar de Cristal - Barrio del Aeropuerto Línea 122: Avenida de América - IFEMA MADRID Intercity buses: Línea 828: Universidad Autónoma - Alcobendas - IFEMA MADRID – Canillejas Taxi There are three taxi ranks inside the IFEMA MADRID enclosure: Sur Entrance Norte Entrance Este Entrance There is a supplement of €3.00 to enter and/or exit the facilities. Uber Uber will have an exclusive pick-up point for you to conveniently meet with your driver, located in the Yellow Parking in front of the South Entrance of IFEMA MADRID.

Is there parking available?

Yes. The South, North and East entrance of the fairground give direct access to the different parking areas.

Where can I find my tickets?

If you purchased your tickets in advance, download the Fever App, there you’ll see your ticket available on your phone, or as a printout.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary by date and time, please visit the official ticketing page here for more details. Audio guides are included in the price of every ticket.

What is the dress code?

Please dress comfortably as this is a walk-through, interactive exhibition.

Will there be storage for personal belongings?

Yes. There will be chargeable lockers for larger bags and items. Please note that only small handbags will be allowed into the exhibition. Unfortunately, buggies are not permitted in the exhibition, but storage will be available. Bag searches will be in place for your safety, this means any bag you bring is subject to search by our trained staff.

Can I take photos/video inside the exhibition?

Photography and video recording via a phone are permitted inside the exhibition within certain areas. Please make sure to share your experience by tagging @F1Exhibition Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without written consent from the organisers.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you can enter the exhibition at the correct time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Registration and ticket validation will close 5 minutes before the session’s start time. If you arrive too late, we unfortunately cannot guarantee your entry to the experience.

Will toilets be available on site?

Toilets are available at the beginning and end of the exhibition but not during the show.

Is this a child-friendly environment and are buggies allowed?

The exhibition is suitable for all ages but unfortunately buggies are not permitted inside the exhibition. There is a safe and lockable area in the entrance area for buggies where they can be stored. Diaper bags are welcome and there is a changing area in the IFEMA restrooms. We do ask that minors are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What language will the exhibition be in?

The audio for the exhibition is in English and Spanish only. All video will also be subtitled in Spanish and all written content is available in both English and Spanish.

Is the exhibition suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?

Yes. The exhibition is DDA compliant, and the experience is also an aural experience for those who are partially sighted.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

There will be water available for purchase in the retail area and there are cafes close by to the venue. No food or beverages are allowed out inside the exhibition. If someone in your group needs to consume food or beverages urgently due to a medical condition or if you need to leave the exhibition area for any other reason, just let the nearest exhibition attendant or security person know and they will be happy to escort you to the appropriate area.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes. There will be shop at the end of the exhibition.

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, the use of strobe lighting will be used during the exhibition, which may affect customers who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.

Where is the exhibition located?

The exhibition is at Hall 1, IFEMA MADRID on Avda. Del Partenon, 5 28042 Madrid, Spain.

I have booked the final time slot of the day; will I have enough time to see everything?

The exhibition will remain open for 90 minutes from the start of the last entry slot.

How long does the exhibition last?

The exhibition is a 60 to 90 minute experience, but you are welcome to stay and browse the shop as long as you like.
