How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary by date and time, please visit the official ticketing page here for more details. Audio guides are included in the price of every ticket.

Where can I find my tickets?

You can find your ticket on your Universe account (app or online account). If you have any other questions regarding ticket purchase, please contact customer support or visit the box office.

Is this a child-friendly environment and are baby strollers allowed?

The exhibition is suitable for all ages but unfortunately baby strollers are not permitted inside the exhibition. Strollers can be left in the designated area of the lobby; however, please note this area is not locked or secured and any items left behind in the lobby are done at your own risk. Diaper bags are welcomed provided they are with a parent accompanying a child. We do ask that minors under 16 years old are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Are service animals welcome?

Yes, service animals are welcome! A focus of The Formula 1® Exhibition is the safety of guests and ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience. The Exhibition welcomes all service and support animals. No documentation is required for service animals. Should a guest with a service animal or ESA require any additional accommodations to allow them to enjoy the Exhibition we encourage them to alert the Exhibition staff who will help accommodate them.

How do you get to the F1® Exhibition?

The Lighthouse ArtSpace Toronto is located at 1 Yonge Street, Toronto - the Southeast corner of Yonge and Queens Quay. The entrance to the F1® Exhibition is located on the east side of Yonge St.

Is there available parking?

The F1 Exhibition Toronto does not have dedicated on-site parking, but there are a number of public parking lots nearby. The closest lots are across the street on Queens Quay and just north of 1 Yonge on Yonge Street (pricing may vary). There is a shoulder outside the front entrance for drop-offs close to ramp access. Can I take public transportation?

Toronto's Union Station is a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition. The closest streetcar stops to 1 Yonge Street are: Queens Quay East at Yonge Street Yonge Street at Queens Quay East north side Queens Quay West at Bay Street east side Queens Quay East at Freeland Street

Is their bike parking available at the venue?

There is limited bike parking available on the nearby streets.

How do I exchange my tickets?

It is only possible to exchange your ticket via Universe in advance of your attendance. Time & date changes are permitted up to 24 hours in advance, so long as availability allows. You can change the date and/or time of your order on the My Tickets page in your Universe account by following the steps HERE. If you require any assistance, please contact Lighthouse Customer Support or submit a request via the Support Form or email support@universe.com.

I’m running late, will my ticket still be honored?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate guests arriving 15 or more minutes after the time printed on their ticket as best as we are able. This may require you to wait an additional time while we accommodate guests who were on-time for their entry.

How do I book a group to attend?

If you would like to visit the exhibition as a group of 10 or more, please contact FirstClass Group Tickets at info@firstclassgrouptickets.com.

I need a refund; how do I get one?

Refunds are only possible in exceptional circumstances. Please contact your ticket provider.

What is the difference between a Premium Flex Entry ticket and Timed Entry ticket?

A Premium Flex Entry ticket provides the ticket purchaser with the flexibility to arrive at ANY time on their ticketed date. The ticket purchaser still needs to select a date and time when purchasing; however, the time is just a placeholder on the ticket and the purchaser can arrive and enter (as capacity allows) with any time slot. A Timed Entry ticket is a ticket that gives access to the Exhibition on a specific date and specific time without flexibility.

What types of tickets are included in the Friends & Family 4 pack? Does this package only include kids' tickets?

The Friends and Family 4 pack is a four ticket bundle that can be any combination of tickets (ie. 4 adults , 3 adults plus 1 senior, 2 adults plus 2 children, etc). Note: The Friend and Family pack has a limit of one pack per order. Additional tickets can be added to the order for the same time slot at a regular price. (Limit 9 tickets per order)

What is included in the VIP package?

The PRIORITY ACCESS VIP PACKAGE includes all the perks of a Premium Flex Entry ticket as well as the following: - Priority VIP Access Entry Laminate, allowing entry via a dedicated entry lane. - Commemorative photo of you or your group taken onsite - Merchandise discount coupon

Do I need to pay for childrens tickets?

Children younger than 3 years do not require a ticket to attend. They can enter for free with any ticket holding adult. There is a reduced price for children between 3 and 15 years old.

What is The Fastest Lap Simulator Experience?

Visitors can experience what it’s like to get behind the wheel of an F1 car with official Playseat® F1 racing simulators, the simulator of choice of pro drivers. This electrifying racing experience is designed for all ability levels.Age Limit: 12+

How old do I have to be to complete The Fastest Lap Simulator Experience?

The Fastest Lap simulators by The F1® Exhibition can be enjoyed by anyone from the age of 12 years old upwards. Children 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times for their safety and enjoyment.

How do I purchase a ticket for The Fastest Lap Simulator Experience?

Tickets for The Fastest Lap simulators are available to purchase at the time of your exhibition ticket purchase online. Tickets may also be available on site for purchase. Please note, tickets may sell out and therefore will not be available at select dates and times.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards, however our Premium Flex Entry tickets are perfect as a gift, because they are not time-bound and allow flexible entry within the regular opening hours.

What discounts do you offer?

Discounts are available for children and young people up to the age of 15, and senior citizens. Please have your ID ready in any case. Discounts are only available on regular time-slot tickets. Children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge. Discounts available for groups of 10 or more. Please contact info@firstclassgrouptickets.com for more information.

What payment methods can be used?

Tickets can be booked online via our website and paid via Interac or Credit Card only. For in person tickets and Simulator rides you are welcome to pay by Interac or Credit Card. Attention: Cash payments on site are not accepted as we are a cashless exhibition.

Can I bring my bag into the exhibition with me?

Please note while you may have a small bag or purse, no large bags, suitcases, bikes, scooters, umbrellas or strollers are allowed into the Exhibition. Items left in the designated area are left at your own risk. The Exhibition and/or venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Will washrooms be available on site?

Yes, washrooms are available on site.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive too late, we will make best efforts as capacity allows; however, unfortunately we cannot guarantee your entry to the experience. The entry area closes 15 minutes after the final timeslot begins.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket so we can make sure you can enter the exhibition at the correct time. Please note that the entry area closes 15 minutes after the final timeslot begins.

Can I take photos/video inside the exhibition?

Photography and video recording via a phone or a hand held camera for personal use is permitted inside the exhibition. Please note selfie-sticks are not permitted. Make sure to share your experience by tagging @F1Exhibition on social media! Professional photography and video recording where a tripod and further equipment is required is strictly prohibited without written consent from the organizers. Photo/video content cannot be used for commercial purposes. Media wishing to visit the exhibition to create their own content should email beth@zazoupr.com. Please note the use of flash is not permitted as it may affect the experience of the other visitors.

May I visit your retail store without tickets to the event?

Anyone is welcome to visit our retail areas, you do not need a ticket to do so. If you only wish to visit the retail area, please let security personnel or a staff member know when you reach the entryway, and they will be happy to assist you.

Is the exhibition suitable for wheelchair customers or persons with mobility requirements?

The exhibition and Lighthouse ArtSpace Toronto are wheelchair friendly and accessible.

What is the dress code?

Please dress comfortably as this is a walk-through, interactive exhibition.

How long will the F1® Exhibition be in Toronto?

The F1® Exhibition is a touring exhibition and will therefore only be in Toronto for a short period of time. If you haven't purchased your tickets yet, we recommend booking as soon as possible so you don't miss this interactive experience.

How long does the F1® Exhibition last?

I have booked the final time slot of the day, will I have enough time to see everything?

Yes, you will have time. Fans can fully enjoy the exhibition in approximately 90 minutes. While there is no time limit to your visit, the exhibition is one way - no return.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, food and beverage will not be available on site for purchase. Please note food and/or beverages are not permitted, and cannot be brought inside the exhibition. Any food and beverages brought with patrons must be consumed in the lobby prior to entrance.

What language will the exhibition be in?

The audio for the exhibition is in English only. Written content is also available in English.

Can I use cash on site?
